Guided company setup wizard
A step-by-step wizard covers branding (company name, CR number, logo, phone, email, address and website), general settings, tax configuration, fiscal year, account usage and the chart of accounts. A progress tracker shows what is done, so a new company can start invoicing with correct VAT from day one.
AI-generated chart of accounts
Answer six questions: your industry, business size, revenue streams, asset types, any accounting standards such as IFRS, and your bank account names. FlairSuite drafts a chart of accounts across assets, liabilities, equity, income and expenses, which you can refine by chatting about each category or regenerate before saving it to your ledger.
VAT and stock settings in one place
The wizard lets you switch sales tax on, set your VAT start date and VAT account number, and add sales and purchase tax rates linked to the right ledger accounts. You also choose whether stock is updated when an invoice is approved or only when a delivery note is issued.
Fiscal years with your choice of periods
Create your fiscal year with monthly, quarterly or semi-annual periods straight from the setup wizard, ready for period-based reporting and closing.
Bank statements read automatically
Upload a bank statement in Excel and FlairSuite finds the header row and recognises the date, description, reference, debit, credit, amount and balance columns by their names. It understands ten common date formats and works even before you set up import settings for that bank, which makes bank reconciliation faster to start.
Statement preview with a balance check
Before importing, the preview shows each line with the bank's balance next to a calculated balance, so you can spot missing or duplicated lines before they reach reconciliation.
Journal lines by location and activity
On journal vouchers, income and expense lines can now be tagged with a location and an activity, and the department is filled in from the location automatically. Manual entries now feed branch and activity reporting, not just invoices and bills.
More accurate petty cash and credit notes
Petty cash totals are now always recalculated when transactions change, and several credit note issues were fixed so balances stay correct.
Sales invoicing: a redesigned invoice screen that keeps everything together
The sales invoice screen has been rebuilt to be quicker to fill in and easier to use on smaller screens, with notes, files and status always within reach.
Find or add customers as you type
Start typing a company or person's name to find them instantly. If the customer is new, add them in a popup without leaving the invoice, and FlairSuite asks you to confirm before switching an invoice to a different customer.
Quicker product search
Search products by name or code with prices shown in the results, open a larger search window when you need it, and create a new stock or service product on the spot if it does not exist yet.
Tidy, flexible invoice lines
Move lines up or down, edit a line in a popup, and see the VAT and discount breakdown for each line. Deleting a line now asks for confirmation, and lines that came from a sales order or delivery order show their source.
Payment plans that fit any screen
Set payment terms, the number of instalments and how often they fall due, and the plan table now fits properly on tablets and phones.
Side panel with details, notes and files
A side panel shows the invoice status (draft, waiting approval, unpaid, paid, returned or rejected) and who created it. Team members can log notes, including private notes only they can see, and upload, view and download several attachments at once with drag and drop.
Auto-save and smaller screens
Changes are saved as you work, dates are picked without unnecessary time fields, and invoice lines now display cleanly on smaller screens, so staff can raise invoices away from a desk.
Gate & Visitor Management: community-wide registers for visitors, boats, pets and golf carts
Security teams in gated communities and resorts can now manage registrations for the whole community from dedicated lists, not one resident at a time.
Community-wide visitor register
See and add visitors for every resident from one list. Visitor codes are generated automatically, and guards can allow or deny a visitor with one click.
Marine vessel register with locations
Register boats from a central list, record where each vessel is kept and update permit expiry dates. You can manage the list of locations yourself, and each vessel's location appears on its record.
Pet and golf cart registers
Dedicated lists let staff add, edit, view and remove pet and golf cart registrations across the community.
Resident details filled in for you
When you pick a resident, their villa and island details are filled in automatically, which saves typing and avoids mismatched records.
Duplicate sticker warning
If a sticker number is already in use, FlairSuite stops the registration and shows the sticker number and the resident it belongs to, so the same sticker cannot be issued twice.

Can FlairSuite send bulk WhatsApp messages to my customers?

How does the AI chart of accounts work?

Do I need to configure each bank before importing a statement?
