Yes. FlairSuite receives punches from supported biometric attendance devices at one or more sites, and also accepts web and mobile check-ins where you allow them. Tell us your device model during the demo and we will confirm compatibility.
Can payroll handle allowances, loans and overtime?
Yes. You define salary components (basic, allowances, deductions), then payroll applies attendance-based deductions, overtime, batch additions and loan instalments automatically. Every adjustment is kept in history.
Is there an app for employees?
Yes. The FlairSuite app for iOS and Android is free and includes employee self-service: attendance, schedule, personal details, leave and letter requests, and HR tickets.
Is employee data protected?
Access is controlled by role, branch and company, changes are recorded in audit logs, traffic is encrypted, and the configuration supports alignment with Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
