Security: common questions
Can I limit what each employee sees?
Yes. User groups control access by module and action, which fields and sections are visible, and which individual records a group can open.
Does FlairSuite keep an audit trail?
Yes. Changes to invoices, vouchers, journals, bank statements, contacts, employees, payroll, appointments and gate records are logged with the user, the time and the before and after values.
Does FlairSuite support two-step sign-in?
Yes. When it is switched on, a sign-in from a new device needs a code sent by email or SMS. Users can see and remove their trusted devices.
Where is our data hosted?
In our cloud, in your own cloud tenancy or on your own servers. If your policy requires it, data can stay in Bahrain.
