Biometric devices connect directly
Compatible fingerprint devices now send attendance straight to FlairSuite over the internet and can be managed remotely, from syncing users to enrolling fingerprints. No local PC or manual uploads.
Order to delivery to invoice, line by line
Every sales order line now tracks what has been delivered and invoiced, with partial deliveries, cancellable delivery notes and a visual document flow. Stock and billing stay in step.
Edit your own PDF documents
A PDF template editor with live preview, data fields and version history lets you adjust document layouts and roll back any change.
Inventory: sales order, delivery note and invoice tracking with a document flow map
Inventory management was reworked this month so quantities ordered, delivered and invoiced always agree, and stock cannot quietly go negative.
Line-by-line order fulfilment
Each sales order line now records how much has been delivered and invoiced, whether you deliver first or invoice first. Partial deliveries and partial invoices are handled cleanly, and quantities are only counted once an invoice is submitted for approval, so drafts never distort the figures.
Document flow map
Open any sales order, delivery note or sales invoice and a Document Flow view shows every linked document in the chain. Staff can answer 'has this been delivered and billed?' in seconds.
Negative stock blocked by default
FlairSuite now stops any document that would take an item's stock below zero, with a setting to allow negative stock if your business needs it. The same rule applies at the POS.
Cancel and delete delivery notes
Approved delivery notes can be cancelled with a reason, reversing their stock movement, and draft delivery notes can be deleted. Mistakes no longer need a manual stock adjustment to fix.
Incoming details for purchase orders
A new Incoming Summary page shows each purchase order line with quantities ordered, received and pending, overall progress, and every receive note with its store and receiver. When receiving, items that are not yet on the order can be added as a new order line automatically.
Now toggle for transaction times
Stock receipts, sales invoices and delivery notes have a Now option that keeps the date and time current until the document is approved, then locks it. Stock is valued at the moment it really moved.
Stocktaking date
Stocktakes now carry their own stocktaking date, which can be corrected before approval, so counts are posted to the right day.
Store pages and product transactions
Each store has a summary page with code, manager, address, notes and attachments. From the stock list you can jump straight into the product transactions report for any item, and issue notes gain a cleaner PDF.
Stock valuation accuracy
Back-dated invoices now value stock at the correct cost, average cost calculations were corrected, and product sale prices are stored to three decimals so they never drift by a fils.
HR & Payroll: cloud-connected biometric devices and faster batch processing
Attendance devices, batch payroll adjustments and payroll approval all got a significant upgrade.
Biometric devices that push to the cloud
Compatible fingerprint devices now connect directly to FlairSuite through their own secure device address and send attendance as it happens. Each address locks to one device serial number, so only your devices can post attendance.
Device management screen
A device list and device detail page show connection status, firmware, enrolled users, the attendance log and a full command history. HR can reboot a device, clear its log, re-query it, or sync users and fingerprints from it without visiting the site.
Link device users to employees
Device PINs can be linked to employees from the device page, with a warning if a PIN is already used by someone else. Each employee also gets a Biometric tab showing their device access.
Remote fingerprint enrolment
From the employee access screen, HR can ask a device to enrol or re-enrol a specific finger on the left or right hand. New joiners are ready to clock in on their first day.
Faster batch additions, deductions, loans and overtime
Batch additions, deductions, loans, overtime and attendance deductions now page through employees and load quickly, even for large workforces. Monthly payroll adjustments take less waiting.
Payroll approval follows your workflow
Payroll approval now respects your configured approval workflow type, and a payroll that is already approved cannot be approved again. This removes the risk of double posting.
HR system settings page
HR configuration options are now gathered on one HR system settings page under general settings, so administrators update them in one place.
Clearer salary change confirmations
Salary change confirmations and the employee dashboard now show the employee's profile name and employee type, so approvers know exactly who they are approving.
Platform: PDF template editor, form rules, standard reports and a new menu
Administrators get more control over documents, forms and reports without needing a developer.
PDF template editor
Edit the layout of your PDF documents side by side with a live preview, and insert data fields from a searchable list. Every save is kept in version history, any earlier version can be restored, and a template can be reset to the standard layout at any time.
Form field rules for your company
For each form field you can decide whether it is shown, whether it is required and whether its value must be unique. Required and unique rules can be strict, which blocks saving, or flexible, which warns but lets the user continue.
Standard reports library
Built-in reports now appear for every company. You can fork a standard report to create your own customised version, and manage which users can see each one.
More reports in the new viewer
HR reports, POS e-commerce orders with totals, contracts and active contracts, and advance payments reports moved to the new report viewer, with filters and export to PDF and Excel.
Menu with folders
The main menu now supports nested folders, so modules and screens are grouped more logically and are easier to find.
Custom fields on contracts, orders and services
Required custom fields are now checked when saving contracts and orders, service products can carry their own custom fields, and their values print on order PDFs.
Create contacts from search
If a customer is not found while searching, you can create them on the spot and they appear straight away in the search and in the companies and persons lists.
Bulk data integration
Other business systems can now connect to FlairSuite securely and create companies, service products, contracts, invoices and payments in bulk. Contracts can arrive as drafts, sent for approval, or already approved for historical records, which makes moving from an old system much faster.
Finance & Accounting: supplier credit notes, cashier finalisation and smarter bank import
Finance teams get a rebuilt supplier credit note, tighter control over cashier submissions and more accurate statements.
Rebuilt supplier credit notes
Supplier credit notes now have a full screen with product or account lines, location, VAT, discounts, a parent invoice link and a warning for duplicated references. They save automatically, go through approval, and download as PDF in English, Arabic or English with ledger transactions.
Cashier submission finalisation
When finalising a cashier submission, finance marks each receipt as cleared or returned with a clearance date, sees cheque details and totals by payment method, and then sends it for approval. Returned cheques are caught before they reach the books.
Cancel credit note wizard
Customer credit notes can be cancelled through a guided step, with the PDF available to check before you confirm.
Journal voucher actions
The journal voucher sidebar now offers generate and remove ledger transactions, cancel and delete, each shown only to users with the matching permission.
Smarter AI bank statement import
The AI bank statement reader now also reads the opening and closing balances printed on the statement and checks the extracted lines against them. The statements list can be filtered by date, bank and status, and the unreconciled transactions panel can be shown or hidden.
Quantity on purchase invoice account lines
Purchase invoice lines posted to an account, not a product, can now carry a quantity, so services and expenses are recorded with unit detail.
Statement and balance sheet accuracy
Opening and closing balances on account statements were corrected, and the balance sheet uses a fixed column layout that is easier to read and print.
Rentals: reservations, dispatch, returns and a rental calendar
Rental businesses can now run the whole hire cycle, from reservation to return, inside FlairSuite.
Reservation details
Each rental reservation shows the customer, rent from and rent to dates, total days, every item with quantities dispatched and received, and the approval history. The summary exports to Excel.
Dispatch rental items
Dispatch some or all items on a reservation, with pending quantities shown for each line and a tracking view of what has gone out. Partial dispatches are recorded accurately.
Receive returned items
Record items as they come back from the customer against the original reservation, so you always know what is still out on hire.
Rental calendar
A rental calendar shows reservations across dates, so you can see at a glance what is booked and plan availability.
Clearer rental order PDFs
Order PDFs now mark rental lines clearly and print any custom field values entered on each line.
CRM & Collections: post-dated cheques on instalment plans
Credit control builds on last month's collections release.
Post-dated cheques for instalments
Instalment plans can now generate post-dated cheque records for each instalment and allocate them to the schedule. Finance sees exactly which cheque covers which instalment.
Letters attached as PDF and tracked runs
Collection email templates show clearly whether a PDF letter is attached, and each automated collection run is tracked so customers are not processed twice.
Point of Sale: device stores and stock checks
The POS system now follows the same stock rules as the back office.
Default store per POS device
Each POS device uses its own default store for stock and invoices, so branch sales reduce the right stock.
Negative stock setting at the till
The till blocks products without stock unless your company allows negative stock, in which case sales go through as before.
WhatsApp campaigns: stop a running campaign
More control over bulk WhatsApp messaging.
Stop a WhatsApp campaign mid-send
A running WhatsApp campaign can now be stopped, with any unsent messages held back. Campaign status updates automatically when all messages have been sent, and longer template messages are supported.

Community management gets two new reports.

Does FlairSuite connect to biometric attendance devices without a local server?
Yes. Compatible fingerprint devices can now send attendance directly to FlairSuite over the internet. HR can manage users, fingerprints and device commands remotely from the device management screen.
Can FlairSuite track partial deliveries and invoices against a sales order?
Yes. Each sales order line records how much has been delivered and invoiced, and a document flow view links the order to its delivery notes and invoices. Negative stock is blocked by default.
