Product update · March 2025
See where every court case stands and what is still owed
March builds on the new court case management in Collections. Each case now shows which court it is in, the result of each ruling and how much has actually been recovered. HR teams also get sturdier attendance processing.
Highlights
The big changes in March 2025
Automatic case stages
Cases move between First Instance Court, Appeal Court and Execution Court as you record each step.
Live paid and balance amounts
Each case shows how much has been paid and what remains, calculated from its linked invoices.
Ruling results
Record rulings and appeal rulings as pending, won or lost.
Collections: court cases that follow every stage
Credit control and legal teams get a truer picture of each case without extra admin.
Case stage tracked automatically
Recording a ruling sets the case to First Instance Court, recording an appeal moves it to Appeal Court and recording an execution moves it to Execution Court. The key dates, the execution file number and the latest results are stored on the case itself, so the case list tells you where everything stands.
Ruling and appeal ruling results
Rulings and appeal rulings now have a status of Pending, Won or Lost, with their dates. Management can see at a glance which cases were successful.
Forms pre-filled with the latest details
When you open the appeal, ruling or execution form, it shows the most recent details already entered for that case. Teams update the record instead of retyping it.
Paid and balance updated automatically
FlairSuite recalculates the paid amount and the remaining balance of every court case from its linked invoices every minute. When a customer pays, the case reflects it straight away, without manual updates.
HR & Payroll: sturdier attendance processing
Attendance runs complete reliably, even for large workforces.
More robust absence processing
The automatic absence calculation now carries on if one record has a problem, and attendance device downloads have more time to finish. Attendance and payroll data are complete for companies with many employees and devices.
