Product update · June 2026
A self-service portal for customers and fingerprint attendance for HR
June gives your customers their own support portal and turns support emails into tickets automatically. HR teams can run fingerprint attendance devices from FlairSuite, property managers get monthly and yearly property reports, and finance gains a gross profit view and clearer statements.
Highlights
The big changes in June 2026
Customer support portal
Customers log in to see their contracts, invoices, payments and open tickets, raise new tickets and follow the replies, so your team answers fewer status calls.
Biometric attendance devices
Connect fingerprint attendance devices over the internet, link device users to employees, enrol fingerprints and remove access from FlairSuite, without visiting the device.
Property monthly and yearly reports
See revenue, expenses, management fees, net income and occupancy for each property, month by month, with vacant units and receivables in plain view.
Help Desk: a customer portal and support emails that become tickets
The help desk now reaches outside your office: customers serve themselves in a portal, and emails sent to your support address are logged as tickets automatically.
Customer support portal
Customers sign in to their own portal with a dashboard of total paid, outstanding balance, recent invoices with overdue status, recent payments, contracts and open tickets. They can view each contract's term, billing cycle, items and financial summary, see contract history, and raise and follow their tickets. Fewer phone calls asking for statements or ticket updates.
Email-to-ticket for Gmail, Microsoft 365 and any mailbox
Connect your support mailbox with Google or Microsoft sign-in, or any mailbox by IMAP, and new emails become tickets on their own. Replies go out from your support address, a test button checks the connection, and new tickets are routed to a default work group.
Choose what the customer sees
Each ticket can be shown in or hidden from the customer portal, and each reply can be shared with the customer after a confirmation, so internal notes stay internal. Agents can attach a customer to a ticket that arrived without one.
Attachments and email notifications
Replies can carry file attachments, shown side by side with the comments on the ticket timeline. Customers get an email when their ticket is created, and staff are emailed when a new ticket comes in.
HR & Payroll: fingerprint attendance devices and quicker employee set-up
Attendance devices are now managed from FlairSuite itself, and setting up employees and their pay takes fewer steps.
Biometric attendance device control
Fingerprint attendance devices connect to FlairSuite over the internet. Each device has a page with its connection status, serial number, firmware, last contact, enrolled users and pending commands, plus tabs for users, the attendance log and commands. Unlinked device users can be linked to employees in a click, and users can be synced from the device at any time.
Enrol and remove fingerprints remotely
Enrol or re-enrol an employee's fingers on a device from their FlairSuite record, delete a fingerprint, and revoke a leaver's access. FlairSuite then checks the device's user list to confirm the access is really gone, so former staff can no longer clock in.
Add leave and salary components on the spot
While building an employee profile or adding an employee, you can create a new leave type or a new addition or deduction without leaving the wizard. New companies also start with a ready set of standard salary components.
Detail pages for payroll adjustments
Additions, deductions, attendance deductions, employee loans and overtime now open on their own detail pages with the available actions in a sidebar, making each payroll adjustment easier to review and act on.
Permission-aware employee screens
Actions on the employee page, employee assets and draft employees only appear for users allowed to use them, and draft employees can be browsed as cards.
Property & Real Estate: monthly and yearly property reports
Owners and property managers get clear income reports per property, and tenancy contracts gain safeguards against double-letting.
Property Monthly Report
For a chosen month, see total revenue, expenses, gross income, management fees and net income for a property. Each unit is listed with its tenant, contact, status (occupied or vacant), contract period, rent, income received and gross income, followed by the month's expenses and payment totals. Ideal for owner statements.
Property Yearly Report
A twelve-month grid shows every unit month by month, with vacant months marked, then total rent, received, receivable, occupancy and total net. A receivables list shows each customer's open invoices and balances.
No double-letting of units
When a contract is created for a property, only that property's units can be picked. If a unit is already in an active contract, FlairSuite shows that contract and its invoices and lets authorised users terminate it, with a termination date, before continuing.
Contract salesman, remarks and deletion
Contracts now record the salesman and a remark, with a permission controlling who may change the salesman. Users with the right permission can also delete a contract.
Property expenses and payment filters
Property expenses can be finalised and downloaded as a PDF, and payment lists can be filtered by the property of the invoice they settled.
Finance & Accounting: gross profit, credit balances and clearer statements
Reporting improvements that give management a truer picture of profit and make statements easier to read.
Gross profit on the profit and loss
Income and expense accounts can now be classed as Direct Income, Indirect Income, Direct Expense or Indirect Expense in the chart of accounts. The profit and loss report then shows Gross Profit or Loss before overheads, on screen and in Excel, so you can see the margin on what you sell.
Credit balances in the ageing report
A new Show credit balances option adds a Credit column to the customer ageing report, so customers who have overpaid or hold unused credit are visible alongside those who owe.
Clearer account statements
Cancelled transactions are now highlighted on account statements on screen, in PDF and in Excel, and a transaction type filter narrows a statement to the entries you need. Supplier statements colour-code each type of transaction.
Tidier balance sheet
The balance sheet has a cleaner layout, with equity accounts styled clearly and totals calculated consistently.
Journal voucher checks
Journal vouchers show total debit and total credit on the form, and key toolbar actions ask for confirmation before they run.
Petty cash made easier
Petty cash and expense sheets offer account search as you type, a location and VAT type on each line, and better checks on VAT items and accounts before submission.
Faster invoice sending and searching
Send Invoices lets you search recipients by name, unit, code, email or phone and shows how many are selected. Credit notes gain list filters, and the VAT purchase report now shows totals.
Accuracy improvements
A default store is now required on an invoice only when it contains stock items, and petty cash, sub-ledger vouchers and cancelled entries are now reflected correctly in finance reports.
Purchasing: supplier payment requests built from open invoices
Requesting supplier payments is now a guided, invoice-based process.
Voucher requests from outstanding invoices
Create a payment voucher request by picking suppliers and their outstanding invoices, with an ageing view up to a date you choose. Add single invoices or all of a supplier's invoices to the request, add a remark per invoice, and review before submitting. Finance pays exactly what was requested, invoice by invoice.
Hide quantity on account lines
A new setting hides the quantity column for account (non-stock) lines on purchase invoices and orders, so service and expense bills are quicker to enter.
Better purchase screens
Purchase invoice lists gain extra filters, purchase orders recalculate correctly when edited, and supplier details are laid out in clear sections that load faster.
Gate & Visitor Management: resident assets and visitors for gated communities
A new Resort Management area helps gated communities and resorts keep track of what residents own and who visits them.
Resident asset registers
Keep registers of residents' boats, pets, golf carts or any other asset type you define, each with its own icon, fields and list columns. Records can be saved as drafts and edited in a popup, so security and community teams always know what belongs to whom.
Visitor records
Register visitors for residents, save a visitor as a draft and update their status, with existing visitor history carried over from the previous gate module.
CRM & Collections: approved unfreezes and court case follow-up
More control over frozen customer accounts and legal collection cases.
Freeze and unfreeze with approval
Freezing a company or person now requires a reason, and lifting the freeze is a request that goes through your approval workflow, with the reason printed on the approval PDF. A history shows every freeze, unfreeze request, rejection and return.
Cassation stage on court cases
Collection court cases can now record a cassation follow-up with its date, ruling date and ruling status, and a Dropped ruling status marks cases that were withdrawn.
Cleaner contact pages
Company and person pages have a clearer layout, file attachments upload directly, and the nationality field is available to users who may only edit contact information.
Bulk messaging: campaign pages for WhatsApp, SMS and email
Bulk campaigns are easier to monitor and control.
Campaign detail pages
Each bulk WhatsApp, SMS and email campaign has its own page with total recipients, sent, failed and pending counts, a message preview and the recipient list with status. Start or stop sending and edit a draft from the same page, and keep notes and attachments in the sidebar.
Target buyers of a product category
WhatsApp campaigns can now be sent to customers who bought from selected product categories, and the filter is saved with the draft.
Platform: password reset by email, add-on apps and app links
Account access, extensions and everyday reliability.
Forgot password by email
Users who forget their password can request a reset link by email from the login page and choose a new password themselves, without calling an administrator.
Add-on apps per company
FlairSuite can now load add-on apps enabled for a company, shown in the menu and top bar like any other module and respecting user permissions.
Links that open the mobile app
FlairSuite links opened on a phone with the iOS or Android app installed now open in the app.
Smarter forms and lists
Forms gain a contact picker, required fields are checked correctly, and list filters can match an exact value.
Reliability improvements
POS closing report emails are no longer sent empty when a PDF cannot be produced, receiving stock shows progress as items are added, and bulk WhatsApp queues stop cleanly.
