Select a time to play the video from that moment.

  1. In the last video, you turned the order into the supplier's bill. To pay that bill, the payment must say which bank the money leaves from, so first we add your bank account.

  2. Go to System, Apps Settings, Accounts, Chart of Accounts, and open Assets, Current Assets, Cash and Bank. Every new company gets Bank Main and Cash on Hand here, but they are regular accounts, so they do not appear in the list of banks when you pay.

  3. Right-click the Cash and Bank group, and choose Add account. The new account is created inside this group.

  4. Enter the name of your bank, as you want to see it when you pay, for example National Bank of Bahrain.

  5. Set the account type to Bank. This is what puts it in the list of banks you can pay from. Choose the currency the bank account is held in, and under bank details, add your account number.

  6. Click Save. Your bank now appears under Cash and Bank, with a bank icon that shows it is a bank account.

  7. Your bank account is ready, and every payment you make can now come out of it. The next video is: Pay the supplier. Thank you for watching.
