  1. Every document you approve posts a journal entry to your accounts. In this short video, we will check one of these entries, and approve it, so your books show that someone reviewed it.

  2. First, sign in with your username and password.

  3. Go to Accounts, General Ledger, Entries Approval. This list holds every posted entry that no one has approved yet, with the type of document that created it, and its date.

  4. Type a journal number in the search box to find an entry quickly, then click it to open it on the right.

  5. Each line shows an account, with the amount debited or credited. Here, seventy five dinars on each side, so the totals match and the entry is balanced. You can also print it from here.

  6. To see where the entry came from, click View Document. The original voucher opens in a window, so you can check it without leaving this page. Close it when you are done.

  7. When everything looks right, click Approve. A message confirms it, and the entry leaves the list. Without a search, the next entry waiting opens straight away, so you can work through them one by one.

  8. That's it. Visit Entries Approval regularly, so every entry in your books has been checked. Thank you for watching.
