  1. Welcome to FlairSuite. In this short video, we will bring your bank statement into the system, so you can match it against your own records.

  2. First, sign in with your username and password.

  3. Go to Accounts, Bank Statements. This list shows every statement you have imported, with its period and balances. To add a new one, click Add Bank Statement.

  4. Choose the bank account the statement belongs to. Then click Choose Files, and select the statement you downloaded from your bank. It can be a PDF, an Excel file, or a CSV file.

  5. Click Analyze with AI. The system reads every line of the statement for you, and lays the transactions out in a sheet, so there is nothing to type by hand.

  6. Now check the sheet. The totals at the top show the opening balance, the money in and out, and the closing balance. When the difference is zero, the statement is marked Ready to import. Any row that needs your attention is highlighted, and you can correct it right here in the sheet.

  7. Click Import Statement, and confirm. The transactions are saved, and the statement opens on the reconciliation page, where you can match each line with your payments and receipts, or let Match with AI suggest the matches for you.

  8. That's it. We uploaded a bank statement, checked the sheet the AI prepared, and imported it, ready to reconcile. Thank you for watching.
