  1. Every time you approve an invoice, a receipt or a voucher, FlairSuite posts it to your accounts for you. In this short video, we will find one of these journal entries, and read which accounts it debited and credited.

  2. First, sign in with your username and password.

  3. Go to Accounts, General Ledger, Journal Entries. This list shows every journal entry in your books, newest first, with its number, its date, and a description of the document that created it.

  4. To find an entry, search by its journal number, or by a word from its description. Here we type invoice, and click Apply Filters, to see only the entries posted by invoices.

  5. Click an entry in the list to open it.

  6. Each line shows an account, with the amount it was debited or credited. The totals at the bottom are always equal, which is how you know the entry is balanced. You can also print it from here.

  7. That's it. Use Journal Entries whenever you want to check how a document was recorded in your accounts. Thank you for watching.
