  1. This video follows Set up your payment terms. With a product in stock and payment terms ready, you can now bill your customer, and approval makes the invoice official.

  2. Go to Customers, Invoicing, Invoices List, and click Create Invoice. In the Customer field, click Add Company to add your new customer without leaving the invoice: the name in English and Arabic, a mobile number and an e-mail. Save, and the customer is on the invoice.

  3. Choose the payment terms, Net 30, so the invoice is due thirty days after its date. Then choose the Main Store the goods leave from, and make sure Affect Stock is on, so the sale takes them out of your stock.

  4. Click Add Item, find the Wireless Keyboard, and change the quantity to two. The price and VAT come from the product, and the totals on the right update straight away. Then click Save.

  5. Click Send to Approval, because only an approved invoice is official. A new company has no approval workflow of its own, so FlairSuite uses its simple approval.

  6. Now review the invoice before you approve it. You could also return it for changes, or reject it.

  7. Click Approve. The status changes from Draft to Unpaid, and the two keyboards leave your stock. Send Invoice, at the top, e-mails the invoice to your customer when you are ready.

  8. Your customer now has an approved invoice, waiting to be paid, and the sale is only finished when the money is in. The next video is: Record the customer's payment. Thank you for watching.
