Add a villa owner

   This is the first step to registering an owner's golf cart at the resort. Every golf cart, boat or pet you register belongs to an owner, so we start by adding the villa owner to your contacts.

   First, sign in with your username and password.

   Go to Customers and open Persons. This is where you keep the people you deal with, including your villa owners. We have hidden the details of the existing contacts.

   Click Add New Contact. Type the owner's name in English and in Arabic, and a mobile number, which the form asks for. Here we use a made-up number.

   Click Save. The villa owner is now one of your contacts.

6. 0:56

   To check, type the owner's name in the search box and click the result. The details on the right confirm the owner is saved, ready to be chosen as the owner in the resort registers.

7. 1:10

   Your villa owner is now in your contacts, so every register can name them as the owner. Next, we create the register for their golf cart. The next video is: Design your golf cart register.
