Register an owner's golf cart

   In the last video we designed the golf cart register. Now we record a villa owner's golf cart in it, so security and the office can check it at any time.

   First, sign in with your username and password.

   Open Resort Management. It starts on the Dashboard, which sums up every register in one place. Each register has its own entry on the left, so click Golf Carts.

   Click Add to start a new record. First choose the owner: search your contacts for the villa owner and pick them, so the cart is always linked to the right person.

   Type the cart number, which must be different for every cart, choose the colour green, and set the permit expiry to one year from today.

   Click Save. The cart is now Active. On the right you can attach photos of the cart and keep notes about it.

7. 1:21

   Back in the Golf Carts list, search for the cart number, and there it is, with its owner and colour, ready for the gate and the office to check.

8. 1:32

   The owner's golf cart is registered. Next, the gate can welcome the guests owners expect. The next video is: Let a visitor in for an owner.
