Let a visitor in for an owner

   This follows Register an owner's golf cart. Now the gate's daily job: letting in the visitors an owner expects, each with a code the guard checks.

   First, sign in with your username and password.

   Open Gate Control, then Visitor List. Every visit on record is kept here.

   Click Add Visitor. Choose the villa owner the visitor is coming to see, and set the visit date to today.

   Type the visitor's name, the car plate, and choose the car make, Toyota. We leave the visitor's mobile empty: if you fill it in, the system texts the code to the visitor.

   Click Save. Search the list for the owner, and there is the visit, with its six digit code and the status Pending.

   Open Today's Visitors. When the visitor arrives, the guard types in their code to find the pass, then clicks Allow to let them in, or Deny to turn them away.

   That completes the series: your owner, their golf cart and their visitor are all on record. Next, add your other owners and registers, like boats or pets, and let the gate handle visitors each day.
