Send your first SMS campaign

   You already know how to build an email campaign. A text message campaign takes the same five steps, so let's walk through them quickly.

   Open Campaigns, choose Bulk SMS, and click Send campaign. Keep Match All and pick a contact category. Estimated Audience counts who will get the text.

   Click Next, and the campaign is saved as a draft. Here you check the mobile numbers: contacts without one are simply left out of this send.

   No saved template needed: choose Create From Scratch and type a short offer. The counter shows how many text parts it takes. Build with AI can also write it for you. If you send the same text often, save it once as an SMS template and pick it here under Saved Templates instead of typing it again.

   Choose Schedule for Later and pick a day next week.

   The last step sums it up: the recipients, the gateway that sends it, and a preview with the estimated cost. If no gateway is set up yet, a warning shows where to assign one. Confirm and Send would really send the texts, so we stop here.

   Back on Bulk SMS, the Queue card lists every confirmed campaign with its progress. Ours is still a draft, so it only appears here once you confirm it. Your saved texts live under the Templates card, and they work just like the email templates from the earlier video.
