  1. WhatsApp only lets a business start a conversation with a message that Meta has approved in advance. So before your first WhatsApp campaign, you write that message once as a template.

  2. Open Campaigns and choose Bulk WhatsApp. Like email and text messages, it has three cards: Send campaign, Queue, and Templates. Open Templates.

  3. Click New template and give it a name you will recognise. Just below, you see the name Meta stores it under: FlairSuite writes it in the format Meta needs, so you never have to.

  4. Pick the language of the message, and Marketing as the category, because this is an offer. The header is optional, so we leave it as None.

  5. Now write the message itself, short and friendly. The preview on the right shows how it looks on your customer's phone, and the checklist ticks off what Meta needs.

  6. Click Save draft. The template stays inside FlairSuite as a draft, so you can still change it before anyone at Meta sees it.

  7. When you are happy with it, the Submit button sends it to Meta for review, which usually takes a few minutes. Refresh status then shows Approved, or the reason it was rejected. Add standard templates sends Meta the ready-made notification messages in one go.

  8. Once Meta approves it, you can pick this template in your first WhatsApp campaign, which is the next video. Thank you for watching.
