Set how long the service takes

Select a time to play the video from that moment.

   In the last video you added the service you offer. Now we tell FlairSuite how long it takes, because that length decides which time slots the booking screen can offer.

   First, sign in with your username and password.

   Open Appointment, Services Configuration. It lists every service you sell, so choose Haircut in the search and apply it to find yours.

   Click the service to open its settings.

   Set the service duration to forty five minutes. Every booking for a haircut will take up exactly this much of your day, and it can't be shorter than five minutes.

   This list shows your employees. Once you have staff, you can choose who provides this service. In a new company it's empty, and appointments are simply booked without staff.

   Click Save. The service now has its length, and the booking screen will offer forty five minute slots for it.

8. 1:11

   Your opening hours and your service are ready. Every appointment is booked for a client who is already saved, so the next video is Add your client.
