Welcome to FlairSuite. A journal voucher records an entry straight into your accounts. Let's record a small expense paid in cash.
First, sign in with your username and password, then click Login.
Journal vouchers are under Accounts. The list shows each voucher's totals and status. Click Add journal voucher to start a new one.
A new draft opens, dated today. Describe what happened, and type the receipt number, so anyone can trace the entry later.
Each line is one account. Choose the expense account, and enter forty five dinars as a debit, because the expense goes up.
On the next line, choose the cash account it was paid from, and credit the same forty five dinars. Green totals mean the entry balances.
Click Save. The draft reaches your books only after a manager approves it, through Send to Approval. In the list, search by the receipt number to find it.
That's it: one balanced entry, saved and found in the list. Thank you for watching.
