Change many product prices at once with Excel
Download your products to Excel, change prices and names there, preview exactly what changes, and save it all in one go.

When prices change, editing products one by one takes ages. Instead, you can change them all in a spreadsheet and update them in one go.
Go to System, Master Data, Products. Open the more actions menu next to Add Product, and choose Update Batch.
Download Excel gives you a sheet with every product you have now. Change prices or names there, but leave the ID column exactly as it is: it is how each row finds its product.
In our sheet, three products have new prices, and the office chair has a new name. Choose the edited file, then click Upload and Preview. Nothing is saved yet.
The totals show how many rows were read, how many changed and how many stayed the same. Changed only hides the rest, and each changed cell shows the old value crossed out, then the new one: the desk lamp goes from fifteen to eighteen dinars.
Click Save Changed Rows. Only the changed products are updated, and the result shows how many rows were sent and updated.
Back in the product list, the new prices and the new name are already in place, ready for your next invoice.
Download your products, edit them in Excel without touching the ID, preview the changes, and save. Thank you for watching.
