  1. When goods move from one of your stores to another, say from the main warehouse to a showroom, you record it with a stock transfer. In this short video, we will move part of a product's stock to a second store.

  2. Transfers are under Inventory, Transfer Inventory. Each one shows its number, date, the store it comes from, the store it goes to, and its status. Click New Transfer to start one.

  3. First choose the From Store. The product list then loads only what this store actually holds, so you can't move stock that isn't there. Then choose the To Store, where the goods are going.

  4. Click Add New Line and choose the product. Its quantity on hand is shown next to its name. Then enter how many to move: five of our twenty pieces.

  5. Click Save. The transfer is kept as a draft, so you can still change it before any stock moves.

  6. Once the goods have actually moved, click Approve and confirm. This takes the stock out of the first store and adds it to the second, and it can't be undone. The transfer is now in the list, approved.

  7. That's it. We chose the two stores, added the product and quantity, and approved the transfer to move the stock. Thank you for watching.
