  1. When a customer's order is ready to go out, a delivery note records exactly what left your store. In this short video, we will deliver an order and approve the delivery.

  2. Delivery notes are under Customers, Orders. The list shows each note's reference, its customer, whether it is approved, and whether it has been delivered. Click Create Delivery Order.

  3. A new draft delivery note opens. First, choose the customer who placed the order.

  4. Click Add items from Order / Invoice. It lists what this customer has ordered but not yet received, so add their order's line. Then check the store it leaves from and the quantity. The delivery date is now, or switch Now off to choose another date.

  5. Click Approve. This confirms the goods have left, takes them out of stock, and marks the order line as delivered, so it is never sent twice.

  6. View PDF prints the delivery note for the driver to take along and have signed. There is an Arabic version too, under more actions.

  7. Back in Delivery Orders, our note is in the list, approved and waiting delivery.

  8. That's it. We created a delivery note from the customer's order, approved it, and printed it for the driver. Thank you for watching.
