Log a call and plan the next follow-up
Record a call with a lead, schedule the next follow-up and find it in your daily follow-up list.

In the last video you added your first lead. A lead only moves forward when you keep in touch, so let's record a call and plan the next one.
Under Customers, Leads, open the leads list, search for your lead by name and click View to open its page.
At the top you see the lead's stage, its deal value of three thousand dinars and its owner. The yellow bar warns you that no follow-up is planned yet.
You just spoke to Omar, so click Log call and write what you talked about. Leave the due date empty, because the call already happened, and save. It now appears on the lead's timeline.
WhatsApp and Email work the same way: they record a message you send, so the timeline keeps your whole conversation with the lead in one place.
Now plan the next step. Click Follow-up, give it a short title, set the date two days from now, add a note and save. The bar at the top now shows your next call.
Open My Follow-ups from the Leads menu. This is your daily to-do list for leads, sorted into overdue, today and upcoming, and your new call is waiting under Upcoming.
Your call is recorded and the next one is on your list. In the next video, Move the lead through your pipeline and win it, we'll take this deal to the finish.
