  1. A reminder trigger watches every customer and starts a collection process for the ones who match, so nobody has to start reminders by hand. In this short video, we will create one for customers who are a month overdue.

  2. First, sign in with your username and password.

  3. Open Collection setup, and choose Reminder triggers in the panel on the left. This list shows every rule, which process it starts, and whether it is switched on.

  4. Click New rule. It saves a draft that stays switched off, and opens the editor. Give the rule a name your team will recognise, and pick the process it should start.

  5. Under Matching conditions, add a condition to the ALL group: the oldest invoice is thirty days overdue or more. In ALL, every condition must be true, while in ANY, at least one is enough. The line below shows how many customers match right now, before anything is switched on.

  6. In Runtime settings, Priority decides which rule is checked first when several match: the lower number wins, and each customer gets only one rule. Cooldown is how many days to wait after a session ends before the same customer can be picked again.

  7. Click Save changes. The rule is stored but stays inactive. Save and Activate makes it live, and real emails start going to every matching customer, so only use it when you are ready. Back on the list, the new rule shows as Inactive.

  8. That's it. Your rule is ready, and once you activate it, matching customers get their reminders automatically. Thank you for watching.
