Create a user group
Create a user group, the team that shares the same access, before you add any users.

This is the first step towards giving your colleagues their own logins, each seeing only what they need. Every user must belong to a group, and a new company has none yet, so we start by creating one.
First, sign in with your username and password.
Open System, then Security Settings, then Groups. A group is a team of people who share the same access, such as Sales or Accounts, so you set the permissions once for the whole team instead of for each person.
Click New group at the top right.
Give the group a name your team will recognise, for example Sales Team.
Click Save. The group is created straight away.
Here is the new group in the list. It has no users yet, and it cannot do anything yet either.
You now have a group ready for your team. Before you put anyone in it, decide what its members may do. The next video is Choose what the group can do.
