Welcome to the first step towards handling your first support ticket in FlairSuite. Before anyone can log a ticket, they must belong to a support team. So let's create one.
First, sign in with your username and password.
Support teams are called work groups. You find them under System, Master Data, Work Groups. In a new company, this list is empty.
Click New Work Group, give your team a name, such as Customer Support, and click Save. Tickets are assigned to a team, so its members can share the work.
Your new team now appears in the list. Click its name to open it.
A team needs members. Click Add User, choose yourself, and make yourself the team's manager, so you also follow every ticket the team raises. Then click Save.
You are now a member of the team. Because you belong to just this one group, New Ticket will take you straight to the ticket form.
Your support team is in place, and you can now raise tickets. The next video is: Sort your tickets into categories.
